Danial Arabali
Danial Arabali is an interdisciplinary visual artist. The search for profound aspects of human nature, physicality and emotions, has been reflected in his portraits and figurative paintings and drawings since earlier phase. Lately he also focused on another aspect of human nature, namely mind/brain/rationality. In his latest artworks, inspired by the anatomical and functional aspects of the brain's neuronal network, he endeavours to bring out the aesthetics inherent in the brain. An organ with its complexity be the motor for our actions, thoughts, emotions and not least for artistic creation itself - but at the same time the brain has the fascinating property of acting as a model for artistic inspiration in an intrinsic sense.
